Chidi, known as the P.R.O. guy (Persistent, Resilient, Optimistic) is a resilient speaker who shares his life story to help people manage burnout and chronic stress. Chidi has been through a lot: he survived being kidnapped for ransom, got out of poverty and homelessness, and changed his career from a banker to a community leader in Canada. He also won a wrongful dismissal case, moved into the disability management field, and wrote a book called "Coming To Canada: The Ultimate Success Guide for New Immigrants and Travelers." Chidi's life experiences make him a powerful speaker on how to handle change and find new purpose.

As a coach, Chidi uses his wide-ranging career and personal successes to help clients see challenges as chances to grow. He teaches mindfulness and resilience, sharing techniques from his many jobs and life experiences.
